Medicina Mexico received an email from the United States Food and Drug Administration. The laws of the United States require
Medicina Mexico to change its policies relating to anyone that resides in the United States.
The changes are not major changes to our customers however, it is in your best interest that we immediately make these changes.
All the medicine sold by Medicina Mexico online is sold over the counter and it does not require a prescription in Mexico.
HOWEVER, The United States does require a prescription. Consequently, our Mexican MD’s will be issuing prescriptions to our
customers that reside in the United States. It is your duty to keep your phone number and email address up to date always.
Please log into your account at Medicina Mexico and if your phone number, email address or physical address has change then
please update it.
If you are in possession of a current prescription written by a Medical Doctor from the States, then please email a copy to:

All customers residing in the United States will be prohibited from purchasing medications from Medicina Mexico that are not currently
approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. Over 95% of the medicines we sell are approved in
the United States. If a medicine is not approved, we will of course notify you.
By checking your online account, you will see your current and prior orders including your Order Number and any and all payments received.

Cross-border shipments going through customs inspections can delay delivery. These delays are out of our control as well as the carriers. Over 95% of the deliveries are delivered on time.
