Medicina Mexico received an email from the United States Food and Drug Administration.   The laws of the United States require Medicina Mexico to change its policies relating to anyone that resides in the United States.

The changes are not major changes to our customers however, it is in your best interest that we immediately make these changes.

All the medicine sold by Medicina Mexico online is sold over the counter and it does not require a prescription in Mexico.   HOWEVER, The United States does require a prescription.  Consequently, our Mexican MD’s will be issuing prescriptions to our customers that reside in the United States.   It is your duty to keep your phone number and email address up to date always.   Please log into your account at Medicina Mexico and if your phone number, email address or physical address has change then please update it.   If you are in possession of a current prescription written by a Medical Doctor from the States, then please email a copy to: along with your order number.

All customers residing in the United States will be prohibited from purchasing medications from Medicina Mexico that are not currently approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration.  Over 95% of the medicines we sell are approved in the United States.   If a medicine is not approved, we will of course notify you.

Because our staff is so busy processing over 155,000 new online orders every day we had to make some tough decisions. We are no longer taking phone calls, or adding shipping information into the web servers. We do answer all emails within 2-3 hours and that will never stop.

All order are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of funds unless we are out of stock on a medicine. We are now informing our customers of orders that are out of stock via email. Please do not send us an email asking if your order has shipped as we are too busy packaging orders and we will not respond unless your order is late per our terms of shipment. We are real busy shipping orders and this is our first priorty. Express and International Express that are late by 5 days we will answer those emails.

Clindamycin is effective in the treadment of Infections caused by Gram-positive aerobes such as Staphylococcus (S. pneumoniae) and against infection caused by certain Gram-negative microaerophilic and anaerobic organisms and gram-positive, including Actinomyces, Bacteroides, Eubacterium, Fusobacterium, and

Clindamycin is indicated for the treatment of:

- Infections of the upper and lower respiratory tract such as tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, otitis media, bronchitis, pneumonia and lung abscess.

- Infections of skin and soft tissue infections including acne, furunculosis, impetigo, infected wounds, erysipelas, and scarlet fever.

- Gynecological infections, salpingitis, endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease when administered together with an appropriate antibiotic against gram-negative aerobes, spontaneous vaginal infections

PRECAUTIONS: Because it has been shown in vitro antagonism between clindamycin and erythromycin should not be used both drugs together.Derived from the presence of pseudomembranous colitis may occur persistent diarrhea after 2 or 3 weeks of treatment with clindamycin, which is why it is necessary to stopping the medication. If treatment with clindamycin is very long, tests for liver and kidney function. No need to change the dose of clindamycin in patients with kidney disease. In patients with moderate or severe liver disease, simply space the drug every 8 hours to avoid the accumulation of it not being necessary to reduce the dose.


The usual dose of clindamycin in adults is 150 to 450 mg every 6 hours ada. In children, the recommended dose is 8 to 25 mg / kg per day administered in 3 or 4 equal doses. In children weighing less than or equal to 10 kg minimum
recommended oral dose is 37.5 mg 3 times daily.

The dose and duration of treatment should be determined according to the severity of the infection, the patient's condition and the susceptibility of the causative agent. To avoid the possibility of esophageal irritation, the capsules should be swallowed with a full glass of water.
